Beetroot belongs to Amaranthaceae family, which is a flowering plant family. It is considered to be native to Mediterranean region. In the ancient time its leaves were used as a bandage to cover wound because of its medicinal properties. Beetroot is also used as a natural food color and is very high in nutrients.

Anemia is a situation where number of red blood cells lowers and lead to difficulty in breathing and paleness to body.   2. Take 1 tbsp of petroleum jelly & 1 tbsp of melted beeswax
  3. Mix jelly & beeswax together
  4. Squeeze grated beetroot to take out its juice
  5. Add juice of beetroot in the mixture
  6. Mix everything properly
  7. Now add this diy lip tint in a small and clean container
  8. Your own diy natural lip tint is ready for use
  9. You can keep this lip tint for 10-12 days in the refrigerator.

SIDE EFFECTS AND PREVENTION :

  1. If a person is suffering from low blood pressure should avoid eating beetroot
  2. It may lead to pink stools or pink urine on excess consumption
  3. Excess intake can also cause upset stomach.
