Green tea is the best beverage in the world. It is made from unoxidized leaves and have good amount of antioxidants even 5 times more than apple. Green tea is also used in traditional indian and chinese medicine for various health issues like digestion, heart problems etc.

1 HELPS IN WEIGHT MANAGEMENT:

Weight management depends on the metabolism mechanism. If a person has high metabolism rate which means he can burn calories fast and when a person has lower metabolism rate his calories also burns at very slow rate. So green tea increases the metabolism rate which helps to increase the level of burning extra calories thus helping in weight management.

2 HELPS IN CHOLESTROL:

Green tea helps to reduce bad cholestrol and increase the level of good cholestrol which helps to keep your heart healthy.

3 HELPS TO REMOVE TOXINS:

Things you need:

1 green tea bag + 1 tbsp honey

process:

1 Put the tea bag in boiling water for about 3 minutes

3 Take out the tea leaves and mix it with honey to make a paste

4 Apply this mixture on the acne for 10 minutes

5 Rinse it with water.
