INGREDIENTS :

  1. Cucumber – 1
  2. Carrot – 1
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Cherry tomato – 4-5
  5. Tofu ( optional ) – 4-5 cubes
  6. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  7. Pinch of black pepper
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. Green olives ( optional ) – 3-4

HOW TO MAKE :

  1. Slice the cucumber, onion & carrot with the help of a slicer in a bowl
  2. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, tofu & olives
  3. Add sesame oil and toss
  4. Add black pepper, salt and lemon juice
  5. You can also add other vegetables of your choice
  6. Now garnish it with mint leaves and serve.
