So Pureed vegetables is easy to make and a healthy recipe, In this recipe you can add vegetables of your choice which you like the most and even those which you do not like because it will balance the taste with your liked vegetables.

INGREDIENTS :
- Mixed vegetables (of your choice) = 2 cup
- Chopped garlic = 1 tsp
- Chopped onion = 1
- Chopped tomato = 2
- Salt = as per your taste
- Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
- Lemon juice = 1 tbsp
- Oil = 2 tbsp
METHOD :
- Add chopped mix vegetables ( I have added french beans, zucchini, carrot, peas, potato, cauliflower, pumpkin, zucchini, capsicum ) in a pressure cooker and pour water
- Pressure cook the vegetables up to 2 whistles
- After 2 whistles take the vegetables out and let them cool a bit
- Now mash the vegetables to make a smooth puree with the help of a masher
- Now in a pan add oil and let it heat for 1 min
- Add chopped garlic and saute it for 30 sec
- Now add chopped onion and saute it for 2 min and then add chopped tomato
- Cook everything on medium flame for about 4-5 min
- Then add salt and chilli powder and mix everything properly
- Add pureed vegetables and mix
- Now cook pureed vegetables for about 5-6 min or until it releases oil
- After that turn off the flame and add lemon juice and mix
- Now your spicy pureed vegetable is ready to eat.
- You can also keep this for 4-5 days in an airtight jar in refrigerator.
